Vinjak is Serbia's answer to cognac — but without any inferiority complex. XiRo Vinjak is based on a wine-origin distillate that has aged long enough to develop a warm, rounded caramel note without any sharp alcoholic edge. Soft on the tongue, it warms more slowly than expected, and demands a straight glass, dim light and silence.

Unlike mass-produced brandies drunk at folk festivals and corner bars alike, XiRo Vinjak is made to be drunk slowly and attentively. Aging in oak barrels adds layers of vanilla, dried apricot and tobacco that reveal themselves gradually. Not for mixing — this drink demands respect.
