Strawberry in June, picked from the field, smells of childhood. When that same strawberry passes through alcohol and meets juniper — something is created that smells of summer but sounds like a cocktail bar. Strawberry Gin is an easy entry into the world of gin for those who until now could not understand people who drink something that "smells of fir trees", and an honest complex gin for those who have understood it for a long time.

We use fresh, not frozen, strawberries — freezing damages the cellular structure of the fruit and degrades aromatics. Strawberries macerate in gin for 48 hours in the cold before filtration. Due to the high sugar content in strawberries, this gin has a slightly more rounded, softer character than others. Excellent in a Strawberry Gin Smash with fresh mint.
