Delicate floral elderflower aroma

Elderflower blooms briefly — just two to three weeks in May and June, and then everything must be quick: harvest, maceration, integration into gin, while the essential oils and linalool are still alive. That short window makes elderflower gin a seasonal experience captured in a bottle: delicate, floral, almost light — like a spring garden in a glass.

Elderflower (Sambucus nigra) is harvested by us personally, in the mountain areas of Serbia where the air is cleaner and there are no industrial pollutants that would enter the distillate. Flowers are macerated immediately upon arrival at the distillery — no freezing, no drying. Freshness is transferred directly into gin. Excellent in combination with St Germain liqueur and Fever Tree Elderflower Tonic for the ultimate elderflower experience.
